District Conference Registration
- Registration closes on October 20, 2025 OR when we reach capacity, whichever occurs first.
- Each school is limited to a maximum of 30 students and 4 advisors.
- We are using our simplified registration form and are not collecting names on registration.
- Please double check that your t-shirt numbers and food/dietary needs numbers entered are accurate as changes can not be made once registration is submitted. For the food you are placing your order.
- The quantity selected under "registration" should match the number of attendees you are registering,. This is the number you will be invoiced for.
- Upon registration submission you will automatically receive a confirmation email that includes an attached invoice.
- The only form of payment accepted for this event are school checks.
- Payment is due no later than October 31, 2025.

- Your school will be charged based on this registration form. Registrations are final, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be given. Schools will not be able to participate in event or any future events until the balance has been paid on any outstanding invoices.
