Registration for Convention

Please carefully read all of the information and instructions below before completing registration.

Cost:
- Conference Registration $245pp
- Pre-Conference $30pp
All schools may register up to 24 student delegates and 3 advisors.
- Advisor (Chaperones) must be employees of the school which is registering.
Some schools earned additional student delegates when they completed their GASC membership. Those schools who earned additional student delegates are listed to the right.

Upon registering you will receive a confirmation email from Jotform, usually within 15 minutes or less of submission.
Your invoice will be attached to this email as a PDF.
Convention registration may only be paid with a school check. All registration money is due by January 30, 2026.
Checks should be made out to the Georgia Association of Student Councils and mailed to the address below:

Your school will be charged based on this registration form. Registrations are final, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be given. Schools will not be able to participate in the event or any future events until the balance has been paid on any outstanding invoices.

Notes about Rooming:
- Delegate rooms are assigned by GASC and there will not be any cabins with both male and female students.
- Students are 4 to a room. If you register students that are not a multiples of 4 then chances are you will have students rooming with those from other schools.
Changes:
- These can be made upon the closure of regular registration. A new form will be posted for delegate changes.
- Delegate changes are $20 per delegate and must be same gender changes ONLY.
- The swapped delegate will receive the t-shirt size that was on the original registration as shirts will have already been ordered.

Registration is to be completed only by advisors. If you are a student interested in attending please speak with your advisor. An advisor must register and attend with their school.

2026 Convention Registration

To start, you will need to download and completed the excel sheet linked below.
Registration requires you to upload the completed form .
Please save the form as your schools name and keep it as as an excel sheet.
