2025 Convention Registration
Registration Closes January 17, 2025
Please carefully read all of the information and instructions below before completing registration.
Registration will take place in two phases this year:
Phase 1: Ends January 17 (or when we sell out, whichever comes first).
- During this phase of registration we will be collecting delegate totals. These totals are broken down by gender and may not be changed after submission. You will NOT be able to make any changes to the total amount of delegates registered once you have submitted registration. There are no refunds after submission.

- Upon registering you will receive a confirmation email from Jotform, usually within 15 minutes or less of submission.
- Your invoice will be attached to this email as a PDF.
- Convention registration may only be paid with a school check. All registration money is due by January 31, 2025.
- Checks should be made out to the Georgia Association of Student Councils and mailed to the address below:
