2024 Convention Registration
Registration Closes January 26,2024
Please carefully read all of the information and instructions below before completing registration.
- This year convention registration may only be paid with a school check and all schools will be emailed an invoice on GASC letterhead. All registration money is due prior to February 16, 2024.
- You will NOT be able to make any changes to the total amount of delegates registered once you have submitted registration and you will be invoiced for the delegate total and room reservations made.
- Same gender changes will be accepted until February 9, 2024.
- There are no refunds after submission.
Step 1: You will need to download and complete the excel delegate registration sheet.

As you complete the excel registration, click on the dropdown arrows to make your pre-populated selections for district, grade, gender, t-shirt size, and nutrition.
- When prompted on page 2 in the registration you will need to upload the completed delegate registration form.
- ONLY this EXCEL sheet will be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN FORM. It must be saved as an excel form(.xlsx). PDFs and other documents will not be accepted.
Step 2: Complete the GASC Convention registration form below.
Step 3: Submission
- Upon clicking on submit you will be automatically directed to paypal. Please close out this screen- We are not accepting CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS for convention.
- A confirmation email will immediately be generated and sent to the email used to register.
- An official GASC invoice will be sent within a few days of your registration. If you do not receive your an invoice within 5 days please contact Registration@georgiastuco.com AND finance@georgiastuco.com
Step 4: Payment
- Checks should be made out to the Georgia Association of Student Councils
- Payment due no later than FEBRUARY 16, 2024 to the address below:
